A large listed financial services group is hiring a Senior Manager - HR in its corporate HR team, reporting to the AVP - Corporate HR & Group Interventions.

Key responsibilities

- Own HR AOP and budgeting - headcount, HR cost reconciliation, variance tracking and initiative delivery

- Roll out offers and appointment letters (band fitment, parity, IJP); manage onboarding and exits including F&F;

- Run the performance management cycle; analyse incentive payouts; deliver annual increments, bonus and LTIP / ESOP

- Own HR compliance - labour law licences, PF, ESIC, gratuity, compliance vendors and audit dashboards

- Manage payroll with the payroll partner - inputs, pay registers, statutory compliance and Form 16

- Administer the HRMS; drive HR digital and GenAI-led employee experience projects

- Run IJP / GIJP adoption and job evaluation reporting; publish attrition, incentive and exit-interview analytics

Must have: hands-on payroll, C&B;, HR operations and labour law compliance, with exposure to HR analytics.
