We are looking for an experienced and capable Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts to manage and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the accounts & finance team
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Manage Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and other banking facilities.
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and vendor/customer balances.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.




- Ensure proper maintenance and verification of books of accounts and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in construction industry, preferably with experience in handling banking activities, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
