Flow Realty is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Channel Partner Sourcing to independently build and grow our Channel Partner network across East / North Bengaluru .

- Location: Richards Town, Bangalore
- Experience: 5–10+ Years
- Employment: Full-Time | Permanent

What You’ll Own
- Leverage existing CP relationships and onboard new partners.

- Build and activate a robust Channel Partner & Broker network

• Drive CP-generated leads, site visits and sales conversions • Manage the complete CP lifecycle — onboarding, activation, engagement & retention

- Track CP performance and improve partner productivity
- Mentor junior Relationship Managers as the network grows




- Represent Flow Realty at CP meets and industry events

We’re Looking For

- Strong Bengaluru CP / Broker network
- Proven experience in Real Estate Channel Partner Relations
- Ability to independently source and activate CPs
- Strong understanding of real estate sales & commission structures
- Self-driven, target-oriented and strong in relationship management
