Job Purpose

nThe Senior Manager /Head- Admissions is responsible for driving student enrolment,

ndelivering an exceptional admission experience to parents, managing the end-to-end

nadmissions process, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate admission

nrecords, and ensuring compliance with school policies. The role contributes significantly to

nachieving the school's enrolment and retention objectives while upholding the values and

nreputation of Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools.

nKey Roles & Responsibilities

nStudent Enrolment

nAchieve annual enrolment and new admission targets.

nDevelop and execute admission plans to maximize student strength.

nBuild solid relationships with prospective parents and students.

nAdmissions Process

nManage the admission journey from enquiry to enrolment.

nImprove walk-in to admission conversion.

nEnsure complete and accurate admission documentation, fee collection, admission files

nand Student Eligibility Assessment (SEA) records.

nParent Experience

nDeliver excellent parent service and counselling.





nSupport initiatives to improve School Improvement Survey scores and reduce student

ndropouts.

nMarketing & Outreach

nCoordinate with Marketing for campaigns and lead generation.

nRepresent the school at education fairs and community events.

nEnsure optimum utilization of the approved marketing budget.

nData &Reporting;

nMaintain accurate admission data and submit monthly reports.

nTrack admission trends and share insights.

nLearning & Development

nParticipate in professional development programmes.

nImplement best practices within the admissions function.

nCompliance & Continuous Improvement

nEnsure compliance with school policies and statutory requirements.

nRecommend and implement process improvements.

nEducational Qualification

nBachelor Degree (Mandatory)

nMaster Degree/MBA in Marketing, Education, Business Administration or related

ndiscipline (Preferred)
