Lawson ERP and Infor CloudSuite environments.

Strong expertise in Infor Global Human Resources (GHR), Financial Supply

Management (FSM), Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management,

Talent Management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

Hands-on experience with Infor Lawson S3, Landmark, Lawson System Foundation

(LSF), Smart Office (ISO), Infor Process Automation (IPA), and Infor Security.

Manage end-to-end support, configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting of

Lawson HR, Payroll, and financial applications.

Experience implementing and supporting Infor CloudSuite HCM solutions in onpremises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Robust knowledge of BSI Tax Factory includes tax updates, payroll tax configuration,

year-end processing, compliance, and testing activities.

Experience supporting Vertex Tax integrations and resolving payroll and financial tax-related issues.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal ERP solutions.

Perform application upgrades, patch management, system migrations, and production support activities.

Configure and support integrations between Lawson ERP and third-party systems using EDI, APIs, flat files, XML, and web services.

Develop and support interfaces for payroll vendors, benefits providers, financial systems, and enterprise applications.

Experience working with Linux and Windows Server environments for application administration and support.

Perform application monitoring, log analysis, performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across enterprise systems.

Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve platform stability, availability, performance,



and operational excellence.

Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, problem management,

and service restoration activities.

Develop automation solutions using Shell Scripting and Python for monitoring,

reporting, file processing, and operational support.

Create automation scripts to streamline deployments, health checks, data validation, and maintenance activities.

Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports, Lawson Add-ins, LBI (Lawson

Business Intelligence), and reporting tools.

Support security administration, user provisioning, role management, and audit compliance requirements.

Good to have cloud platforms knowledge.

Work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction.

Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and production support runbooks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to provide 24x7 production support, participate in on-call rotations, and support critical business operations.
