Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the Order Management ART – Asia team. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Cloud, Kubernetes and CI/CD, along with the ability to design, develop and support complex enterprise applications.

The candidate will work closely with technical teams, Product Owners, Project Managers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain complex Java-based backend applications.

Work extensively with Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel and Oracle.

Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.

Review application design, code and implementation while ensuring security, performance and coding standards.

Investigate and resolve production issues and ensure application stability.

Implement engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD and automated testing.

Manage and support cloud environments and containerized applications.

Work with Kubernetes, Azure, Docker and Helm for deployment and environment management.

Configure and manage TST, UAT and Production environments.

Prepare and maintain YAML configurations, Dockerfiles and Helm charts.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and business users for successful IT delivery.





Communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Identify risks, dependencies and potential issues and drive timely resolution.

Participate in POCs and feasibility assessments to evaluate new technologies and solutions.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

Solid hands-on experience in Java & Spring Boot

Experience with Kubernetes and Azure

Strong understanding of CI/CD architecture

Experience with React.js and/or Angular

Cloud infrastructure and containerization

Linux and basic shell scripting

Docker and Helm

Git, IDEs, linting and SecOps practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Apache Camel

Oracle / complex SQL queries

JPA / EJB

Java Server Faces (JSF)

Experience managing cloud environments independently

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in enterprise application development and backend technologies.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with TDD.

Experience working with cloud infrastructure and multiple deployment environments.

Good understanding of secure, scalable and high-performance application development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively while independently driving technical deliverables.
