We're looking for a Senior Inventory Executive to own inventory control across our D2C website, marketplaces, and offline channels. You'll ensure stock accuracy, manage batch and expiry, lead a small team, and keep our fast-moving skincare range available without overstocking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own inventory planning and control across warehouses and sales channels (website, Amazon, Nykaa, quick commerce, and retail/pharmacy partners).
2. Manage batch, lot, and expiry tracking using FEFO, and minimise near-expiry, damaged, and dead stock.
3. Lead cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
4. Forecast stock needs using sales trends, new launches, and campaign/sale-event demand, and plan replenishment with procurement.
5. Track and report key KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, ageing, shrinkage, and fill rate.

Act as the key user of Uniware (Unicommerce), ensuring clean data, accurate SKU mapping, and channel-wise stock sync.
7. Supervise and train junior inventory staff and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and finance teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
2. 4–6 years of inventory management experience, ideally in FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, or e-commerce, with at least 1 year leading a team.
3. Hands-on expertise in Uniware (Unicommerce) and strong MS Excel skills.
4. Solid understanding of batch/expiry management and multi-channel inventory.
5. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced D2C environment.
