Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kurla.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, design development, and coordination with contractors and vendors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, overseeing space planning, reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E;, and ensuring design standards are met throughout project execution. This role will also involve mentoring junior designers, managing timelines and budgets,



and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills for developing comprehensive design concepts and solutions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning to optimize functionality, flow, and user experience in residential and commercial spaces.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings for translating design intent into detailed, accurate documentation for execution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection to ensure cohesive, high-quality material and product specifications.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.
- Prior experience in leading interior design projects and managing design teams is preferred.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is desirable.
