Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Spacemax. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing residential and commercial interior projects, from concept development to final handover. The role requires robust design, drafting, client management, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed interior drawings, elevations, working drawings, and execution details using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client meetings,



understand requirements, and present design concepts and material selections.
- Visit project sites regularly for supervision, measurements, quality checks, and execution support.
- Prepare mood boards, space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
- Create 3D visualizations and realistic renders using SketchUp and V-Ray (preferred).
- Ensure projects are delivered as per design intent, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Assist in material sourcing, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation when required.
