Tint Tone & Shade is looking for a Senior Interior designer to take ownership of sales conversion, client relationships, project closure, and revenue achievement.
Our Pre-Sales team generates and qualifies the leads. Your role is to convert them into business.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
✅ Handle qualified leads received from the Pre-Sales team
✅ Understand client requirements and build strong relationships
✅ Conduct client meetings and site visits
✅ Present interior design solutions and proposals
✅ Coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions
✅ Drive negotiations and commercial discussions
✅ Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior projects
✅ Manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets
✅ Ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to closure
✅ Maintain solid relationships with clients and generate referrals
