nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with robust expertise in residential interior projects, 2D layouts, dimensions, and working/raw drawings to manage design development and site execution.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D floor plans, layouts, detailed dimensions, and working/raw drawings .
n
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, elevations, and detailed interior drawings.
n
- Convert design concepts into accurate execution drawings .
n
- Coordinate drawings with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
n
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and design standards.
n
- Review materials, finishes, BOQs, and specifications.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve design/site-related issues.
n




- Monitor quality, timelines, and design compliance.
n

nRequirements:

n

n
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
n
- Strong residential project experience is mandatory.
n
- Excellent knowledge of 2D layouts, dimensions, working/raw drawings, and detailing .
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and MS Office .
n
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
