nWe are looking for a Senior Infor XA (MAPICS) Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise manufacturing environments.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead Infor XA implementations, rollouts, upgrades & support
n
- Analyze business requirements and design XA solutions
n
- Configure/customize Infor XA modules
n
- Work across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Planning, Finance & Costing
n
- Handle integrations, reports & data migrations
n
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform RCA
n
- Prepare documentation and conduct user training
n
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance
n
nRequired Skills:
n
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor XA / MAPICS
n
- Knowledge of RPG, CL, DB2/400, AS/400 / IBM i
n
- Experience with Infor XA upgrades & performance tuning
n
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations
n
- Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain experience
n
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
n
nGood to Have:
n
n
- Infor LX or Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
n
- Discrete / Process Manufacturing experience
n
- Global rollouts / multi-site implementations
n
nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
