Experienced HR – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with robust knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and employee management.

Key Responsibilities: Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation. Handle end-to-end recruitment , interviews, selection, offer letters and hiring coordination. Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, salary revisions, increments and employee records .

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and performance-related matters . Manage probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities . Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, agreements, letters and HR documentation .





Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies . Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases and HR reports .

Handle full & final settlement, resignation, notice period and exit processes .

Required: 6 months of relevant HR experience preferred. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions . Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation .
