Sr. Health Care Executive – Oncology

Pfizer is hiring for its Oncology team and is seeking an experienced Sr. Health Care Executive to support Medical Oncology brands in Delhi / NCR.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong scientific knowledge and hands‑on experience in oncology field sales, who are focused on building credible, long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

? Location: Delhi / NCR

? Experience: 5–14 years (Oncology field sales experience mandatory)

? Role: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists and hematologists
- Conduct impactful scientific and clinical discussions
- Support evidence‑based treatment decisions with relevant clinical insights

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- 5–14 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
- Mandatory experience in Oncology / Medical Oncology
- Robust communication and stakeholder‑management skills
