Kerala Holidays is looking for an experienced Senior Holiday Consultant to join our team in Kochi.

We are seeking a travel skilled with minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism/travel industry, preferably in holiday package sales and travel consultation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holidays.
- Create customized holiday packages and itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with leads.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales and booking targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tourism / Travel.
- Experience in holiday package sales or travel consultation.
- Good knowledge of Kerala and South India destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good English communication skills.
