: Senior Graphic Designer

- Develop visual concepts for campaigns and launches
- Create premium key visuals from scratch
- Design social media creatives, emailers, WhatsApp communication, digital banners and presentations
- Build visual systems that can be adapted across multiple formats
- Create moodboards, visual references and design directions
- Guide junior designers and review creative quality
- Work closely with copywriters, marketing, servicing and leadership teams
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts




- Stay updated with evolving design, AI and visual trends

Skills Required:

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent typography, layout and composition skills
- Strong understanding of branding and campaign design
- Ability to conceptualise and visualise ideas beyond execution
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and premium design
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools for image creation, ideation, concept exploration and creative workflows
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging AI-powered creative processes

Educational Qualification:

- Degree or Diploma in Commercial Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design or related disciplines

Experience:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in an advertising agency, design studio or a strong in-house creative team will be a significant advantage

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
