We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor with strong experience in digital design, print collateral, marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate can turn a brief into compelling creative work, maintain brand consistency across formats, and independently manage projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Brand Communication

- Create engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, infographics and corporate communications.
- Develop creative concepts that reflect the campaign’s objectives, audience and key message.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, colour and visual quality across all materials.

Print Collateral and Event Design

- Design print collateral, including brochures, exhibition booth graphics, standees, banners, backdrops, signage, flyers and other marketing materials.
- Translate event briefs and booth specifications into explicit, impactful designs suited to large formats and physical spaces.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork, accounting for dimensions, resolution, colour profiles, bleed and safe margins.
- Coordinate with printers, fabrication partners and event teams to review proofs and ensure final output meets design and production requirements.

Campaigns and Events

- Develop a consistent visual approach for marketing campaigns and adapt it across digital, print and video formats.
- Create assets for event promotions, on-site branding and post-event communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content and event teams to deliver work aligned with campaign goals and timelines.

Video Production and Editing

- Plan and conduct professional video shoots,



including camera operation, lighting, audio recording and equipment setup.
- Edit corporate videos, interviews, testimonials, promotional videos and event highlights.
- Handle colour correction, audio editing, subtitles and post-production to deliver polished videos.
- Create motion graphics and animated content for marketing and corporate communications.

Creative Ownership and Delivery

- Take ownership of projects from brief and concept development through to final delivery.
- Present design ideas clearly, incorporate feedback and maintain quality across revisions.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines and check all deliverables for accuracy.
- Support other designers through constructive feedback and shared best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated experience in video production and editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing print collateral, exhibition booth or event branding, integrated campaigns, digital creatives and video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign for digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
- Hands-on experience designing brochures, booth graphics and other large-format print materials.
- Strong knowledge of print production, artwork specifications and file preparation.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns and events, from initial concepts to final execution.
- Practical experience with cameras, lighting and audio equipment for professional shoots.
- A solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
