Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and technically strong Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, quick, excellent editing and design skills, and the ability to understand a customer's requirement and translate it into a practical and visually appealing design.

This role requires someone who can go beyond simply creating artwork. You should be able to understand how a design will actually be produced, identify potential production issues, suggest suitable materials, layouts and finishes, and come up with creative solutions that work both aesthetically and technically.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Make precise edits and modifications to customer artwork, logos, names, photographs, text and other design elements.
- Carefully identify and correct minute details, alignment issues, spacing, proportions, typography and other artwork imperfections.
- Prepare artwork according to the technical requirements of different production processes.
- Discuss customer requirements and understand their expectations.




- Guide customers by explaining what would work best for their requirement, including suitable design options, layouts, materials, finishes and applications.
- Create design variations and mock-ups to help customers visualise the final product.
- Ensure final artwork is accurate, production-ready and meets the required specifications before sending it for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the production/manufacturing team to understand operational requirements and resolve design-related issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW.
- Good understanding of how designs are translated into physical products.
- Ability to understand technical limitations and design accordingly.
- Robust problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
- Ability to understand what a customer is trying to achieve, even when the requirement is not clearly explained.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to explain design recommendations to customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
