Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and visual storytelling of high-impact RFPs and proposal materials. This role is critical in supporting business development by translating complex, content-heavy inputs into clear, compelling, and strategically structured client-facing documents.
Unlike a template-driven design role, this position requires a designer who can build structure from the ground up,
define visual hierarchies, and make informed design decisions that enhance readability, persuasion, and brand perception. The designer will work extensively in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, creating custom layouts, charts, infographics, and presentation frameworks tailored to each RFP’s narrative and client context.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in proposal and RFP design, with a strong understanding of how design supports win strategies. They will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and subject-matter experts to shape content flow, recommend layout approaches, and elevate messaging through thoughtful visual execution. A strong eye for typography, color systems, data visualization, and document structure is essential.
This role demands exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple concurrent RFPs under tight deadlines, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The Senior Designer must demonstrate a clear understanding of “what good looks like,” take ownership of quality, and consistently deliver polished,
executive-ready proposal materials that differentiate the organization in competitive bid situations.
This position plays a key role in strengthening proposal quality, improving response effectiveness, and ensuring every submission reflects a high standard of professionalism, creativity, and strategic intent.
