: Senior Graphic Designer (Experiential and Luxury Brands)

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer with 6 to 9 years of experience to lead the visual identity of our premium portfolio. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand aesthetics, translating high-level concepts into breathtaking tangible and digital realities. You will specialise in storytelling for experiential, luxury, and hospitality brands, ensuring that every touchpoint from physical packaging to digital campaigns exudes sophistication and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- 360° Brand Strategy: Own and execute end-to-end design concepts across print, digital, packaging, and immersive, experiential environments such as pop-ups, events, and spatial branding.
- Luxury Packaging and Print: Design high-end tactile packaging, selecting premium materials, finishes like foiling and embossing, and structural elements suitable for a luxury audience.
- Digital and Motion Leadership: Create compelling digital assets and high-impact layouts. Bring narratives to life through basic video editing and motion graphics for social channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, production,



and spatial design teams to align physical and digital brand moments.
- Mentorship: Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 6 to 9 years of proven experience in an agency or in-house role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
- Mastery of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Agility and Modern Workflow: Deep knowledge of Canva for rapid prototyping or cooperative client templates, alongside professional design software.
- Bonus Skills: Hands-on proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a massive plus.
- Production Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of prepress setup, print production processes, and environmental graphic standards.
- Portfolio Requirement: A stunning portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, exceptional layout skills, robust packaging designs, and physical or experiential spatial activations.
