Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Content

- Create high-quality designs for:
- Social media
- Posters and banners
- Brochures and flyers
- Invitations
- Certificates
- Presentations
- School announcements
- Event creatives
- Promotional materials
- Develop creative concepts based on school campaigns, events, activities, and communication requirements.
- Adapt designs for different digital and print formats while maintaining visual consistency.
- Create visually engaging designs that communicate information clearly and effectively.

Branding & Visual Identity

- Maintain consistency across the school's visual communication and branding.
- Follow established brand guidelines relating to logos, typography, colors, imagery, and layouts.
- Develop reusable templates and creative assets for different school departments.
- Support branding requirements for admissions, academics, events, student activities, and institutional communications.

Social Media & Digital Content

- Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, YouTube thumbnails, event announcements, student achievement posts, and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to support digital campaigns.
- Create content that highlights school activities, student achievements, events, facilities, and academic initiatives.

Video & Multimedia

- Support the creation and editing of short-form videos and multimedia content.
- Edit content for:
- School events
- Student achievements
- Academic activities
- Admissions campaigns
- Social media reels
- Promotional videos
- School announcements
- Create basic motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects where required.




- Collaborate with photography and video teams to develop polished multimedia content.

Academic & Educational Content

- Design infographics, visual presentations, diagrams, icons, and other educational resources.
- Support teachers and academic teams with visually engaging presentations and learning materials.
- Create visual content for student projects, exhibitions, workshops, competitions, and academic events.
- Translate complex information into clear and engaging visual communication.

Events & Publications

- Design creative materials for school events, celebrations, exhibitions, competitions, and performances.
- Create backdrops, standees, stage graphics, certificates, invitations, signage, and digital displays.
- Support the design and layout of:
- School newsletters
- Magazines
- Annual reports
- Event programs
- Brochures
- School presentations

Photography & Image Editing

- Support photography requirements during school events and activities when required.
- Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print use.
- Perform cropping, retouching, color correction, background adjustments, and image optimization.
- Maintain an organized library of photographs and creative assets.

Project & Workflow Management

- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines.
- Understand creative briefs and coordinate with stakeholders to collect required content and assets.
- Handle revisions and feedback efficiently.
- Maintain organized editable/source files for future use.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative requirements.

Digital & Multimedia Skills – Advantage

IB & International School Experience

- Experience working in an IB, international, CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, or IGCSE school environment will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with educational branding, school events, student activities, and academic communications is preferred.
- IB experience is not mandatory.
