Role Summary Lead the Payroll workstream on an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM programme, delivering UAE payroll localisation, statutory compliance and payroll-to-finance integration.
Key Responsibilities Configure UAE payroll localisation: elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll definitions and costing.
Implement Wage Protection
System (WPS) SIF file generation and bank payment processes.
Configure
End-of-Service Gratuity, leave encashment, air ticket accruals and national pension contributions for UAE nationals. Plan and run parallel payroll cycles with variance analysis and reconciliation to legacy. Design payroll costing and GL transfer with Finance; prepare run books and support go-live. Must-Have Experience payroll systems, with at least 4 years hands-on in Oracle Fusion Payroll. Proven UAE payroll delivery, including WPS and End-of-Service Gratuity.
Solid Fast
Formula skills and payroll balance design. Minimum three end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations, from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Working knowledge of Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM) delivery frameworks. Excellent written and spoken English; confident in client-facing workshops with senior stakeholders.
Absence-payroll integration and retro-pay design. Arabic language skills.
Certification Current Oracle Cloud certification in Payroll or HCM (Implementation Professional or Specialist). Location and Engagement Terms Dedicated full-time engagement, delivered offshore from ACS Technologies, Hyderabad. Working hours with overlap to GCC business hours as the engagement requires; short-term travel to the client location may be required for workshops, CRPs or go-live. Notice period of 30 days or less preferred. Client details shared with shortlisted candidates post-NDA.
