Role Overview :

We're looking for a hands-on Sr Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer to build and scale AI-enabled, cloud-native applications for a rapid-paced FinTech product environment. The role will have a strong Backend focus (50%) with Frontend development (50%), requiring deep expertise in Python, React.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL. You'll own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, while integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into production applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Develop responsive and production-ready frontend applications using React.js.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to production deployment.
- Build cloud-native and serverless applications using AWS.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schemas, queries, indexing, and performance.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into production applications.
- Build AI-powered features including intelligent search, chat interfaces, document processing, and workflow automation.
- Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
- Build reusable components, automation tools, APIs, and internal applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable,



and production-ready.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack / Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and backend development.
- Strong experience with React.js and up-to-date frontend development.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, including cloud-native and serverless architectures.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, schema management, query optimization, and database operations.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI into production applications.
- Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, scalable application design, and microservices.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end products in production.
- Experience in leading the team.
- Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving, and engineering skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with RAG, vector databases, semantic search, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or MCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Experience working with data platforms, ETL/data pipelines, or analytics systems.
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth product environments.
- Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
