About the Role We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience, with a robust focus on frontend development. Responsibilities Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through delivery Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on frontend development using React and Type Script Build reusable, well-tested UI components and help maintain frontend architecture Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and contribute to backend development in Ruby on Rails when required Identify and resolve UI issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, and write unit, integration, and regression tests Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers through code review, pair programming, and architecture discussions Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies,



communicating effectively with a distributed team using Slack, Zoom, and JIRASkills Required6+ years of experience with React, Type Script, and modern frontend development practices , along with Postgres SQL, RSpec, Sidekiq, Git, Cloud experience (preferably AWS)Good experience with Ruby on Rails, idiomatic Ruby, and RESTful APIs Strong understanding of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and responsive, reusable component development Experience with frontend state management, API integration, and asynchronous programming Experience writing tests with Jest and React Testing Library Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions and Docker Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, build tools (Yarn, Webpack), and scalable application design Experience in designing scalable front-end architecture, including component structure, state management, and application-level performance.
