Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer (React) with strong experience in building modern, scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills, along with experience integrating front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.

You will work closely with Product, UX, Backend, and Platform teams to deliver high-quality UI solutions and contribute to front-end architecture, engineering standards, testing, performance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deliver responsive and high-performance web applications using React.
- Own UI development end-to-end, from requirement clarification through production deployment.
- Participate in requirement discussions, clarify business needs, define acceptance criteria, and break requirements into technical tasks.
- Define front-end architecture, reusable components, state management, routing, and integration patterns.
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate UI applications with microservices.
- Implement authentication, authorization, error handling, retries, and resilient UI behaviour.
- Develop reusable and maintainable UI components and contribute to design systems.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain front-end coding standards and best practices.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI automation tests.




- Collaborate with DevOps/Platform teams in Kubernetes and Docker-based environments.
- Troubleshoot production UI issues and participate in root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver consistent and accessible user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, bundle size, caching, and Web Vitals.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with React / React.js.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 with responsive web development.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks, component architecture, state management, and routing.
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit / React Query.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Good understanding of microservices and API contracts.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and code review practices.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization flows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Storybook and design systems.
- Experience with front-end performance optimization and Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of OWASP and secure token/authentication handling.
- Experience with frontend monitoring, logging, and telemetry.
- Exposure to applications backed by PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
