Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and Rust to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, REST APIs, backend services, and modern frontend applications, along with a strong understanding of software architecture and database systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Develop high-performance services and components using Rust.
- Work on frontend development using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Design and optimize databases, queries, and data models.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data protection.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and help establish coding and development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support the team in resolving technical challenges.

Required Skills




- 4–6 years of qualified software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Practical experience with Rust and Rust-based backend/service development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
- Experience with React.js / Next.js or equivalent frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and development workflows.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and OOP.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience designing distributed systems.
- Familiarity with automated testing and TDD.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
