We are seeking highly experienced transportation professionals to support our growing brokerage operations team.

This position is designed for candidates who possess a strong understanding of North American trucking, freight brokerage operations, customer service, shipment execution, pricing support, and transportation administration. This is not a training position. Successful candidates must be capable of contributing immediately with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

Shipment Tracking & Operations :

- Track shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and dispatchers for shipment updates.
- Keep customers informed about shipment status and delays.
- Monitor pickup and delivery appointments and ensure timely service.
- Identify and report delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, temperature issues, detention, and other shipment problems.
- Work with the operations and brokerage teams to resolve shipment issues quickly.
- Keep accurate shipment notes and records.

Load Entry & Documentation :

- Enter and update load information accurately in company systems.




- Upload and check PODs, rate confirmations, and other shipment documents.
- Keep shipment information updated in real time.
- Maintain organized customer, carrier, and shipment records.
- Make sure all required documents are complete before billing.

Customer Service :

- Respond to customer questions and requests promptly.
- Provide clear and skilled shipment updates.
- Help with customer onboarding, portals, SOPs, and account setup.
- Maintain customer requirements and account information.

Pricing & RFP Support :

- Help prepare RFIs and RFPs by collecting lane, volume, equipment, and service information.
- Support pricing and rate quotes by collecting carrier rates and historical pricing data.
- Maintain pricing files, quote records, lane history, and rate sheets.
- Coordinate with brokerage, carrier sales, and operations teams to ensure rates and customer requirements are correct.

Administrative & Process Support :

- Maintain information in CRM, TMS, customer portals, and other company systems.
- Help prepare reports and organize operational data.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to requests on time.
- Identify missing documents, billing issues, margin concerns, and other operational problems.
- Work with brokerage, carrier sales, compliance, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Who Should Apply Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of continuous transportation and logistics experience should apply.

Candidates with backgrounds outside transportation, trucking, freight brokerage, freight forwarding, dispatch, or logistics operations will not be considered.
