We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Flutter Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, and a proven ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.

The candidate should be a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications for Android and iOS.
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust mobile solutions.
- Develop reusable and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services.
- Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills




- 5–8 years of professional software development experience, with robust hands-on experience in Flutter.
- Excellent knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of Android & iOS application development.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Strong knowledge of mobile UI development and responsive design.
- Understanding of application architecture, debugging, performance optimization, and testing.
- Experience publishing or managing applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD and automated build/deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Firebase services.
- Experience with native Android/iOS development is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Important Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred.
