As Senior Finance Controller, you will be entrusted with a comprehensive range of tasks that integrate advanced financial management with strategic business partnering.

Your role will be central to achieving financial excellence and sustainable growth for Beiersdorf Service India.

Primary Responsibilities Include

- Actively contributing to the BSS India Management Team by aligning financial strategies with corporate goals and local market realities.
- Collaborating with the Global Finance Leadership Team to operationalize key initiatives and promote global financial strategies.
- Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to guide decision-making processes.
- Identifying and driving optimization opportunities across financial and operational processes to enhance overall business performance.
- Leading the full spectrum of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis activities to align resources with strategic plans.
- Managing billing, cost allocation, and service level agreement (SLA) financial planning to ensure transparency and cost efficiency.
- Overseeing treasury functions including cash flow management, liquidity oversight, and foreign exchange activities to maintain financial stability.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, risk management frameworks, and internal controls through partnerships with local and global tax teams.
- Leading finance process improvements and digitalization efforts by leveraging tools such as SAP and Power BI to enhance governance and decision-making quality.
- Providing strong leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to finance team members, cultivating a culture of accountability,



innovation, and growth.
- Serving as the local Compliance Manager, advocating for adherence to internal policies and continuous compliance process enhancement.

We seek a highly qualified individual with both technical expertise and leadership capabilities, who thrives in complex and dynamic environments and is passionate about driving financial integrity and strategic growth.

- Educational qualifications that include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant finance-related disciplines, supported by professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA.
- An experienced finance professional with a minimum of 8 years in roles encompassing Controlling, FP&A;, Business Partnering, preferably within multinational, matrixed, or shared service organizations.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through sound financial guidance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, team development, and driving a positive,



inclusive culture centered on accountability and innovation.
- Excellent competencies in business partnering, communication, and negotiation, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Technical proficiency in financial systems such as SAP/B.ONE, advanced expertise in Excel and Power BI, and skilled in financial modeling and analytics.
- Adept in risk management, internal controls, compliance, and corporate governance frameworks ensuring thorough oversight and adherence.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with global and local stakeholders.
