Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales in your designated region. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.




- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work independently in a remote setting.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
