Support due diligence, legal documentation, and secretarial audits. Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions. Accounting & Finance Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities. Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors. Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS preparation. Assist in the maintenance of books of accounts and statutory records.

GST & Tax Compliance Prepare, review and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, etc.). Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and as required. Monitor GST compliance across business operations.

Coordinate with tax consultants for GST and other indirect tax matters. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.com) or related field.

Experience ~4–5 years of post-qualification experience in Secretarial, ROC, Accounting, and GST compliance.



~ Experience in handling multiple group companies or LLPs will be preferred. Solid knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA filings, and corporate governance. Working knowledge of GST laws and accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
