We are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our retail fashion stores in Delhi & Gurugram for multiple positions, including Fashion Consultant (FC), Senior Fashion Consultant (SFC), and Assistant Store Manager (ASM).
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide personalized fashion and styling assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and occasions.
- Achieve individual/store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and support repeat business.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, collections, products, and brand offerings.
- For senior roles, support store operations, team coordination, client handling, and sales performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store standards, and overall brand presentation.
- Work closely with the store and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
