Synopsis of Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Executive - Retail Sales to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, assist customers in selecting products, and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.





· Explain product features, craftsmanship, and cultural significance.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Upsell and cross-sell products.

· Handle customer inquiries professionally.

· Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.

· Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

· Support billing, packaging, and checkout processes.

· Ensure showroom cleanliness and organization.

· Build robust customer relationships for repeat business.

· Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.

Who Can Apply

· Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.

· 3–5 years of senior retail sales experience preferred.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
