Role : Senior Executive, Production

Team : Formulation Plant, Dahej

Role To manage and oversee daily production activities, ensuring achievement of production targets with compliance to quality, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves supervising the production team, optimizing resources, and coordinating with other departments for smooth plant operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute production schedules in alignment with organizational targets.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) requirements.
- Monitor and control production parameters, ensuring minimal deviations.
- Lead and supervise Sr. Operators, operators, and support staff.
- Assist Shift In charge for all the technical issues.
- Coordinate with planning, purchase, and stores for timely availability of raw and packing materials.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, logbooks, and MIS data.
- Support continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S,



cost reduction).
- Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct training sessions for operators on process safety, quality, and operational discipline.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and customer visits, ensuring compliance with requirement.

Functional Competencies:

- Solid understanding of production processes, process safety, and equipment handling.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Core Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
- Core Experience in agrochemical industry
