Job Summary: Marketing of Medium Voltage Switchgear Products and Target Oriented.

Salary Range: 7-8 LPA

Major Duties

1. Act as the primary customer-facing representative for promoting Medium Voltage Switchgear and industrial electrical solutions within the assigned territory.
2. Generate business opportunities by engaging with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners to identify recent enquiries and project specifications.
3. Understand customer business requirements and provide techno-commercial solutions aligned with application and project needs.
4. Drive market coverage across key industries and industrial clusters by developing strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners
5. Achieve assigned sales targets, order booking, and business growth objectives for the territory
6. Coordinate with Head Office / Switchgear Division for technical support, proposal preparation, product selection, and smooth order execution..
7. Ensure effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle, including technical discussions, approvals, and delivery coordination
8.



Monitor project progress and support commercial closure activities including payment collection, retention release, bank guarantees, statutory documents, and account reconciliation
9. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business expansion and strategic planning
10. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and periodic business reports

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech Electrical).
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of Medium Voltage Switchgear, industrial electrical products, or power distribution solutions.
- Strong techno-commercial understanding of industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive market environment.

- Experience with reputed electrical companies such as ABB, CG Power, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Eaton, or equivalent industry players will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of industrial power distribution systems and switchgear applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
