Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for Plant Maintenance activities and predictive maintenance and support Kaizen activities of the plant.
- Complete Plant Maintenance activities in Shifts and upkeep of assets
- Initiating RCA and CAPA for the break downs occurring repetitively

Production Reliability

- SKU Compliance (M&E; Controllable) in all lines
- Volume compliance (M&E; Controllable) in all lines with special attention to specific products
- Support NPD commercial production

Manufacturing Excellence

- CI (Continuous Improvement)Implementation of best kaizens per quarter to be implemented
- SRM compliance to be greater than the percentage agreed for the products
- JH implementation as per road map & Tag closure compliance as per agreed norms
- Ensure compliance to Targeted Breakdown hours, preventive maintenance and OEE

System Compliance & Engagement

- PM schedule adherences as per the road map plan
- Safety mitigation, machine compliance
- Responsible for Electrical /Mechanical/Utility up keeps in shifts

GMP Score Improvement & audit point closure

- GMP score should be maintained which will be greater than 85%




- To ensure GMP and Audit requirement for the plant

SHE & Legal

- Compliance to all Safety regulations
- Ensuring zero TRFR and LTA
- Ensuring no Major NC's from Reg authority on IMS/ FSSA
- Ensure full compliance to all Safety regulations

Cost Saving Initiatives

- Reduction of agreed man-days for the year
- Reduction of rejection/waste generation/reduction of cost in all lines.
- Monthly PID of Production Material variance (Budged consumption value Vs Actual Consumprion Value) should not exceed the agreed money
- To implment power saving initiative-minimum 12 initiatives per year to develop systems to control M&R; and Energy cost

Preferred candidate profile B.Tech in Mechnical/Electrical Engineering with 5-8 year of experience

Knowledge on Pumps, Gear, Relays, Starters, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, motors, Troubleshooting, TPM, Lean, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, SPC, Thermodynamics and Material Science. Electrical failure trouble shoots like- sensor. Heater, Servo Motor and Drive, VFD, PLC, Pneumatic Valve, Packaging Machine
