Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess solid HR generalist experience and be capable of supporting organizational growth while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
- Support payroll processing and compensation administration.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct performance appraisal and performance management activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs.




- Partner with department heads to meet manpower requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Experience in Healthcare, KPO, BPO, or Medical Services industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
