About the Role

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Responsibilities

- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Method Development and Validation : Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods for pesticide and antibiotic testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control and Assurance : Ensure the quality of analytical results, implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain laboratory accreditation.
- Client Communication : Communicate technical information to clients, including report results, method development, and analytical issues.
- Resource Allocation : Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient workflow,



meet deadlines, and manage workload.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.

Qualifications and Experience

- B.Sc(Chemistry)
- 10+ years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

- Experience in Food Laboratory Testing solutions.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of analysts.
- Expertise in method development and validation for pesticide and antibiotic testing.
- Robust focus on quality control and quality assurance.
- Effective client communication skills.
- Capability in resource allocation and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.
