We are looking for a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to manage Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and vendor invoice processing.
- Verify invoices, POs, GRNs and supporting documents.
- Handle vendor reconciliation, ageing and payment processing .
- Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance .
- Assist with internal, statutory and tax audits .
- Prepare MIS,
reconciliations and support monthly closing.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Requirements
- B.Com + CA Intermediate Mandatory .
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Retail / Mall / Real Estate preferred.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and statutory compliance .
- Excellent MS Excel and communication skills .
- Strong attention to detail and vendor coordination skills.
- ICSE schooling preferred .
