Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven E-Commerce Marketing qualified to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, while working closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and optimization to achieve ROAS and CAC targets.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets based on results.
- Manage campaign tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GTM, and GA4.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Guide designers, video editors, and content creators on ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creatives based on campaign data.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-performing creatives such as static ads, carousels, UGC videos, testimonials, and Reels/Shorts.




- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms as applicable.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably in E-commerce/D2C.
- Proven experience in managing ad budgets and improving ROAS/CAC.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel, including retargeting and conversion optimization.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong creative understanding with the ability to identify and communicate winning ad concepts.
- Google Ads / Meta certification is preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Ads or Flipkart Ads is an added advantage.
