About the Role The role drives FORE School of Management's institutional communication and branding efforts, executing integrated strategies across digital, print, media, and internal channels to strengthen the institution's reputation among students, faculty, industry, and the public.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Strategic Communication & Branding
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that build institutional brand equity across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent, cohesive brand messaging across print, digital, and social media channels.
2. Content & Multi-Channel Marketing
- Oversee planning, creation, and distribution of high-quality content - press releases, newsletters, brochures, reports, and digital media.
- Manage multi-channel content marketing efforts, including digital platforms, social media campaigns, and on-ground outreach activities.
3. Media & Public Relations
- Build and sustain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and expand brand reach.
- Track media sentiment and manage the institution's public reputation.
4. Digital Presence, SEO & Performance
- Manage the institution's website and social media channels, ensuring timely updates and engaging content that drives traffic and engagement.
- Enhance SEO and website optimization strategies to increase organic traffic and user engagement.
- Oversee inorganic ad campaigns and digital performance marketing to support enrolment and visibility goals.
5. Internal Communications
- Lead internal communication initiatives so that faculty, staff, and students remain informed of and engaged with institutional activities and achievements.
6. Event & Campaign Promotion
- Plan and execute communication and branding strategies for institutional events,
conferences, and key initiatives to maximize visibility and participation.
7. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, staying current on industry trends to continuously refine communication and branding strategy.
8. Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for content, design, and media production.
- Develop and manage the communication and branding budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
9. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of communication and branding professionals, fostering a cooperative and creative work setting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Communications, Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in communications and branding roles, with demonstrated ownership of institutional or corporate branding strategy - experience in an educational institution or similar setting preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and integrated communication strategy.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation tools, with working knowledge of SEO and inorganic ad campaign management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
- stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, industry, and institutional stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, or readiness to step into a people-management role.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
