Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Engineers and Sr. Engineers to join our Production team, specializing in Plastic Injection Moulding for the Automotive Industry.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer (2-4 years of experience):

1. Ensure smooth production operations and maintain quality standards.
2. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Toolroom).
4. Monitor production metrics (yield, efficiency, downtime).
5. Implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
6. Assist in new product development and validation.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports.

Sr. Engineer (5-7 years of experience):
1. Lead production teams and guide junior engineers.
2. Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with suppliers for tooling and material development.
5.



Develop and manage production budgets and cost reduction initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
7. Mentor junior engineers and develop team capabilities.

Requirements

Engineer

1. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
2. 2-4 years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding.

Sr. Engineer:
