The Role

We're hiring a senior events leader to own resident engagement across all UniLiv residences in Noida. You will set the strategy, build the team, and deliver a calendar that runs from weekly resident programs to flagship property events with hundreds of people in the room.

This is not an event coordinator role. You'll be accountable for outcomes: how many residents show up, how often they come back, how connected they feel, and how much of the engagement budget you can fund through partnerships. You'll build the systems, vendor network and brand relationships that make great events repeatable across every property.

What You'll Own

- Engagement strategy: Build the annual and quarterly events strategy for Noida, mapped to the resident year (move-ins, exams, festivals, breaks) and designed for every cohort, from first-year students to working professionals.
- Flagship events: Lead large-scale events end to end, including concept, budgeting, venue design, vendors, artists, permissions, security, crowd flow, run-of-show and live on-day command.
- Signature formats: Create recurring programs (welcome weeks, sports leagues, festival nights,



open mics, wellness series, interest clubs) that become part of each property's identity and run consistently without you in the room.
- Team leadership: Hire, train and lead property-level engagement staff and resident volunteers, with transparent targets and regular performance reviews.
- Vendor ecosystem: Build a dependable network of event vendors and artists across Delhi NCR; negotiate annual rate cards and hold every vendor to UniLiv's quality and safety standards.
- Brand partnerships and sponsorships: Bring in brands, sponsors and local businesses to fund, co-host and activate events. Own the pitch, negotiation, deliverables and renewals, with a clear target to offset event costs through partnership revenue.
- Resident ambassadors: Build a network of resident leaders and club heads who co-create and run programs, so engagement grows from within the community.
- Safety and standards: Own event safety protocols, permissions and conduct guidelines in close coordination with property operations and security.
- Budget and performance: Own the Noida engagement budget and sponsorship income. Track attendance, repeat participation, resident satisfaction and partner ROI, and present results to leadership.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

- A full-year events calendar running across all Noida properties, with at least one flagship event per quarter.
- Steady, repeat participation across resident cohorts,



not the same small group every time.
- A reliable vendor network and a pipeline of brand partners covering a meaningful share of event costs.
- A trained team and an active resident ambassador network running recurring programs independently.
- Measurable improvement in resident satisfaction and engagement at every property.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in event management, community engagement or experiential marketing, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- A proven track record of delivering events with 500+ attendees end to end.
- An established network of event vendors and artists in Delhi NCR.
- A record of closing brand partnerships and sponsorships, with deals you can talk about.
- Experience running multiple sites or concurrent events at once.
- Strong command of permissions, security and crowd management.
- Independent budget ownership and the ability to show ROI.
- Commanding stage presence and confident communication with residents, partners and leadership, in English and Hindi.
- Experience with student or young-professional audiences; background in co-living, hospitality, campus life, college fests or youth brands strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
