Candidate should be thorough with the Paint shop Process and should have the exposure of handling the Paint Maintenance activities on ABB robots ( 6 to 7 years experience on ABB robots)
Responsible for handling the shift maintenance activities & including the maintenance of Paint shop equipment consisting of Automated Paint Process.
Should have experience of working in a Paint shop preferably of an Automobile Industry.
Preferably should have experience on the working of maintenance of Burners, Chain Conveyors, Process ASUs, Paint Mix Room pumps etc. Preferably should have worked on the Painting Robots maintenance (ABB robots), basic knowledge of Painting process, Troubleshooting on Robot controller.
Should have worked on the Maintenance aspects - Mastering of Robots, Teach Pendent operation,
Backup of Robot parameters, Controller Parameter, Image Backup, Axis Motor replacement etc.
Develop the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance technique for ensuring the reliability Paint control & electrical system. Identification & ordering of spares requirement.
Develop the skill of the Paint Maintenance manpower, Develop Preventive & Predictive maintenance techniques, Enhance the skill Paint shop Maintenance manpower in structured manner.
Should have solid knowledge & hands on experience on electrical Control Circuits in ABB robots control panel. Able to work independently and in team environments.
