Role Description The Senior Engineer Finishing is a full time on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing all finishing activities for residential projects to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to design specifications. This role includes managing and supervising site finishing works such as flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, fixtures, and final installations, while coordinating closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.

The Senior Engineer

Finishing will plan daily work schedules, monitor progress against timelines, implement quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves resolving technical issues on site, optimizing resources,



validating workmanship, and preparing regular reports and documentation for project leadership. The individual will also support continuous improvement in finishing standards, mentor junior engineers and supervisors, and contribute to maintaining Duville Estates’ reputation for exceptional quality and luxury finishes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in finishing works for residential or commercial projects, including flooring, painting, carpentry, and fixtures installation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and interior drawings, with the ability to translate plans into precise site execution.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and resource planning to achieve quality, cost, and time objectives.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in materials and workmanship.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving on-site issues.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of MS Office and site management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with substantial experience in finishing works; prior experience in premium or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on site in Pune Division, with flexibility to manage project timelines and site
