SVTN Group is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities at our project sites.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction and RCC works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute and monitor RCC works including columns, beams, slabs and foundations.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and labour teams.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and finishing works.
- Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, manpower and site productivity.
- Plan daily/weekly activities and track project progress.
- Coordinate material requirements with stores/procurement teams.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and MEP teams.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant site experience.
- Mandatory: High-rise building construction experience.
- Strong RCC construction experience.
- Good knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering and concreting.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong site execution and contractor coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- AutoCAD/MS Office knowledge will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in high-rise residential towers, RCC structures, basements, podiums and large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
Work Location: Pune – On-site
Important: Candidates without relevant high-rise construction experience may not be considered.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
