- Performance Reporting

- Prepare cost fluctuation reports between milestones for effective tracking.

- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for BOP, Non-BOP, and quality teams.

- Purchase Order Creation &

- Administration Support

- Create purchase orders for all types of BOP/Non-BOP requirements.

- Provide administrative support for sourcing and procurement activities.

- Parts Exportation Sourcing &

- Low Turnover Commodities

- Assist in sourcing parts for exportation, focusing on LCC.

- Source low turnover commodities such as fasteners and aftersales products.

- Supplier Negotiation &

- Cost Reduction

- Negotiate with suppliers to control TDC (Total Delivered Cost).

- Support cost reduction initiatives to achieve better pricing and efficiency.
