Key Performance Area:

- Acknowledge all OEM and automotive customer enquiries and RFQs within 24 hours and ensure prompt communication on the next course of action.
- Review customer drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, packaging requirements, and other RFQ inputs in coordination with relevant cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate product feasibility studies covering technical capability, manufacturing readiness, quality requirements, capacity, and supply constraints.
- Ensure quotation submission for existing products within 7 days of feasibility approval and for new products within 14 days of feasibility approval or the customer RFQ deadline, whichever is earlier.
- Ensure feasibility conclusions, costing, assumptions, and commercial inputs are internally reviewed and approved before customer submission.
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and compliant quotations in line with Polyhose pricing and approval guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the Master RFQ / Project Tracker covering enquiry status, feasibility, quotations, approvals, project milestones, and pending actions.
- Proactively follow up on customer clarifications, technical queries, commercial approvals, and open actions to ensure timely closure.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned OEM and automotive customers for project-related activities and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Track customer Purchase Order receipt and initiate internal project kick-off activities after order confirmation.




- Coordinate APQP and PPAP activities, including preparation, validation, and timely submission of samples and required documentation.
- Ensure formal customer approval and quality sign-off are obtained before release for regular production.
- Monitor project progress from RFQ through development, customer approval, and production launch to ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Identify project risks early and coordinate preventive actions to minimise rework, delays, and quality deviations.
- Coordinate customer complaints, technical issues, quality concerns, and commercial matters with relevant departments for timely corrective action and closure.
- Manage product or project changes by evaluating impact on product, cost, quality, tooling, and delivery, and obtaining required internal and customer approvals before implementation.
- Identify business growth opportunities with existing customers through recent applications, part numbers, projects, and volume expansion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term partnerships and future business opportunities.
