Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of professional experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade web applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in .NET Core and MVC, strong frontend skills in React.js or Angular, and advanced knowledge of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and database optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and develop robust full-stack applications using .NET Core and MVC
- Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, including versioning, security, performance, and testing strategies
- Drive frontend architecture and best practices using React.js or Angular, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, schemas, indexes, and performance tuning
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines, improving automation, reliability, and deployment efficiency
- Design and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including scalability, security, and cost optimization
- Perform advanced API testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting in distributed systems
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion best practices
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical direction and feedback
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams on system design and delivery
- Identify technical risks and proactively propose solutions and improvements





Mandatory Skills & Deeper Expertise Expectations

Backend (.NET Core & MVC)

- Expert-level knowledge of .NET Core, MVC patterns, dependency injection, middleware, and application lifecycle
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures (layered, clean architecture, or microservices)

API Development & Testing

- Advanced experience designing secure, high-performance APIs
- Strong understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, role-based access)
- Expertise in API testing strategies (unit, integration, contract testing)

Frontend (React.js or Angular)

- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Ability to guide UI standards, reusable component design, and frontend best practices

Cloud & DevOps (Azure, CI/CD)

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL, etc.)
- Ability to design resilient, scalable, and cost-productive cloud solutions
- Advanced experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment strategies

Database (SQL)

- Expert-level SQL knowledge, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
- Experience handling large datasets and high-transaction systems

Nice to Have (Senior-Level Advantages)

- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
