Technical Skills

- Relevant experience in ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, .NET Core, Kendo UI, and Telerik.
- Extensive experience in building complex web UI components using JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Good understanding of component/module-based development using Angular / AngularJS.
- Positive experience in designing and developing stable, reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Experience integrating AI/Generative AI capabilities into web applications and enterprise software solutions.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development.
- Experience working with AI services and platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities such as intelligent search, document processing, text generation, summarization, classification, and conversational features into applications.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search is an added advantage.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party AI and cloud services.
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and deploying scalable web applications is an added advantage.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include

- Understand and review detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
- Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software and technical designs.
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features and Generative AI solutions into existing and new applications.
- Integrate LLM/AI APIs and cloud-based AI services into enterprise web applications.




- Design and implement AI-based solutions using techniques such as prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG where appropriate.
- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, code reviews, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Work in Agile development environments.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to application development, integrations, performance, and AI-powered features.
- Design and work with complex data models and integrate structured and unstructured data for application and AI use cases.
- Evaluate and adopt appropriate AI tools and technologies to improve application functionality, developer productivity, and business workflows.
- Ensure AI-powered features are developed with appropriate considerations for security, data privacy, reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Document software functionality, technical designs, and AI integrations.
- Keep abreast of new developments in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and software development practices.
- Mentor junior software developers on development methodologies, coding standards, optimization techniques, and effective use of AI development tools.
